Nov. 9 @ 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
| $100
Having trouble with your horse? Or do you want to establish a better relationship with him? We are holding a 1/2 day clinic on working with natural principles where we take you through a join up and show you how we get our lovely, co-operative, gentle horses here at Hidden Brook Farm. This clinic is the first step in this process. And as Monty Roberts says, if learning is 1-10 – the most important part of this learning is from 0-1. Does this mean it is only for youngsters? No. If you would like to experience a new relationship with your horse – let us help the two of you through this process. And if you are unable to bring your horse – don’t fret. Come and audit the clinic. You can take the principles home. Many enjoy bringing their horses – so we can coach you through your body language. This is a profound clinic which makes all the difference in your relationship with your horse!
Here is a testimonial from a participant of our very first level 1 clinic. clinic testimonial allie and this is from another Ally: AllyMemoir
Cost: $100 to participate with a horse
$30 to audit the day
Hidden Brook Farm students audit at no charge.
Schedule of events – Level 1 clinic (10:00am – 5:00pm) one day clinic
• Introduction and explanation of philosophies
• Individual join ups
• Lunch – share feedback
• Group-work – ground-work
• Group-work – desensitizing exercises
You see I’ve met Monty, watched his clinic and had a chance to talk with him about his principles. We believe that his join-up technique is the foundation that every horse/human pair needs before they can truly start to work together in partnership. We hope you will join us to see for yourself.
And just for fun, here are a couple of articles published in the Reiki News Magazine and Horse and Pony about Hidden Brook Farm. HorsesThatHeal and horse + pony article0001
